30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Quality is our top priority. If a product arrives damaged, defective or not as described on our website, contact us right away — we'll gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
How to Start a Return

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some processing time — usually 3-5 business days — before the refund is officially posted.
