This website, together with its mobile sites and applications (the “Site”), is owned and operated by RONGXIN INTERNATIONAL TRADE (HK) CO., LIMITED (the “Company”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site. Any purchase of products or services made through the Site is governed by the Terms of Purchase posted on the Company website, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference, as is the Privacy Notice.

Throughout the Site, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the Company. The Company makes the Site — including all of its information, tools and services — available to you, the user, on condition that you accept these Terms. By continuing to use the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not wish to be bound by them, please do not use the Site.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY, ALONG WITH THE PRIVACY NOTICE AND ANY OTHER POLICIES OR AGREEMENTS REFERENCED HEREIN, BEFORE USING THE SITE. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER DESCRIBED IN THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION BELOW.

Data Integrity

You represent that all information, data and other materials you provide on the Site — or to the Company through any other channel — are true, accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for updating and correcting that information as needed.

By using the Site, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of any personal information we obtain about you — whether through the Site, by email, telephone or any other means — in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

License and Site Access

All content available through this Site — including, without limitation, text, design, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, downloads, interfaces, code and software, and the selection and arrangement of the same — is the exclusive property of the Company, its licensors or its content providers, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.

The Company grants you a limited license to access and use the Site for personal purposes. Unless stated otherwise, you may access, copy, download and print content from the Site for personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify or remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices. Any other use of the Site's content is strictly prohibited, including, without limitation:

You are responsible for obtaining access to the Site, which may involve third-party fees, and for providing and maintaining all equipment needed to access it. Any unauthorized access to the Site will terminate the permission or license granted to you by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any person's registration, to remove any person from the Site, and to prohibit any person from using the Site for any reason whatsoever. We may also limit or terminate your access to or use of the Site at any time, without notice.

Content You Submit

You may not use a false email address or other identifying information, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead others as to the origin of any content.

Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms of Use or the Terms of Purchase, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company makes no representations, covenants or warranties, and offers no other conditions, express or implied, regarding any matter — including, without limitation, the merchantability, suitability, fitness for a particular use or purpose, or non-infringement of any content on the Site, or of any products or services purchased through the Company Sites.

Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site, and all materials, information, services and products available on it, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site, or to any feature or part of it, at any time. The Company disclaims any warranties that access to the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free; that the Site will be secure; that the Site or the servers that make it available will be free of viruses; or that the information on the Site will be correct, accurate, adequate, useful, timely, reliable or otherwise complete.

In certain jurisdictions, the law may not permit the disclaimer of warranties, in which case the above disclaimers may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge and agree that you assume full responsibility for your use of the Site, your communications with third parties, and the purchase and use of products and services available through the Company Sites. You further acknowledge and agree that any information you send or receive while using the Site may not be secure and may be intercepted by unauthorized parties.

Recognizing this, you acknowledge and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither the Company nor its licensors, suppliers or third-party content providers will be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, exemplary, incidental, special, consequential or other damages arising out of, or in any way related to, your use of the Site or any products purchased through it.

You and the Company agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after it accrues; otherwise, it is permanently barred.

Indemnities

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company Parties from and against any and all fines, penalties, liabilities, losses and other damages of any kind whatsoever (including attorneys' and experts' fees), and to defend the Company Parties against any and all claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your fraud, or your violation of any applicable law.

Electronic Communications

When you use the Site or email the Company, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive electronically any communications related to your use of the Site, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Trademarks and Copyrights

The trademarks, logos and service marks (“Marks”) displayed on the Site are the property of the Company, its licensors or its content providers. You may not use any Marks for any purpose without the Company's prior written permission.

Claims of Intellectual Property Infringement

The Company respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide the Company's Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

  • An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  • A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on the Site;
  • Your contact information (address, phone, email);
  • A statement of good faith belief regarding the unauthorized use; and
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury that the provided information is accurate.

Dispute Resolution

By using the Site in any way, you unconditionally consent and agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules in Hong Kong. The proceedings will be conducted in English.

General

If any provision of these Terms of Use or the Terms of Purchase is deemed invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. These Terms will be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

Changes to These Terms of Use

You acknowledge and agree that the Company may, in its sole discretion, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
